Walnut Whip is a dairy-free walnut spread with a light, mousse-like texture. The base is made from milder, sweeter specialty walnuts and organic soy milk, with a touch of pure maple syrup, then rounded out with cacao, vanilla, lemon juice, and sea salt.

Most dairy-free spreads call in a whole supporting cast: added oils, emulsifiers, stabilizers, gums, and carrageenan. Walnut Whip does not need the backup. We use real ingredients and let the walnut do the work.

Its natural fats create a smooth, silky mouthfeel with no additives required. Spoon it, spread it on toast, or enjoy it with fruit and desserts.
